We are a land investment company under private ownership. Our vision is to pass on the freedom and security of land ownership. We seek out vacant property, often in areas that have yet to develop. Sometimes we hold onto this property for a long period of time, and sometimes we turn it around right away.

Many of our properties are in rural areas, often they are in the path of growth although that growth might be a few years away. We buy land below market value so that we can sell it very cheaply. It can be difficult to get a conventional loan for vacant property, so we offer our own financing to help land investors better leverage their assets.

We have been buying property since 1997 and currently have over 800 parcels in inventory. We have over a thousand happy clients who buy from us for a number of reasons: some for investment, some for recreation, and some are looking to build their dream homes. We have properties to fit all situations.
